  • 1 tall can green asparagus and juice
  • 1 1/4 c. rolled cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

    Make two layers starting with asparagus covering with the sauce made from the cheese, milk, egg, salt and pepper.

    Put cracker crumbs on top; dot with butter.

    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
