- 1 large (17 oz.) can small peas
- 1 can asparagus tips
- 1 can mushroom soup
- few Ritz crackers or similar kind
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Crush Ritz and line bottom of casserole.

2Drain peas and layer half over crackers.

3Drain asparagus; layer half over peas. Sprinkle half of cheese over all.

4Add half cream of mushroom soup.

5Repeat layer, peas, asparagus, mushroom soup.

6Bake at 375° to 400° until bubbly.

7Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
