- 4 slices toasted bread
- 1 can asparagus (save juice)
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 to 2 c. grated cheese
- margarine
- paprika
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Combine finely crumbled 3 slices of bread in a greased baking dish.

2Arrange asparagus on top.

3Slice eggs and arrange on top of asparagus.

4Add grated cheese to cover eggs.

5Top with 1 slice of toast, crumbled finely.

6Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.

7Mix cream of mushroom soup with juice from asparagus and heat. Pour around sides of casserole.

8Put in 350° oven and heat through.
