Asparagus Casserole

  • 4 slices toasted bread
  • 1 can asparagus (save juice)
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 to 2 c. grated cheese
  • margarine
  • paprika
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Combine finely crumbled 3 slices of bread in a greased baking dish.

    Arrange asparagus on top.
  3. 3
    Slice eggs and arrange on top of asparagus.

    Add grated cheese to cover eggs.

    Top with 1 slice of toast, crumbled finely.

    Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.

    Mix cream of mushroom soup with juice from asparagus and heat. Pour around sides of casserole.

    Put in 350° oven and heat through.
