- 8 chicken breasts
- 2 c. asparagus (fresh, canned or frozen)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- dash of garlic salt
- grated Cheddar cheese
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook, bone and skin chicken.

2Partially cook asparagus.

3Blend soup, mayonnaise, curry and garlic salt.

4Grease a 9 x 12-inch casserole pan.

5Spread asparagus on bottom of pan.

6Place chicken breasts on top.

7Pour soup mixture over chicken.

8Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.

9Bake 30 minutes at 325°.
