Asparagus Roll-Ups

- 12 slices white bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Blue cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) cans thin asparagus, drained
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Remove bread crust.

2Roll each slice thin with rolling pin. Mix cheese, seasonings and sour cream; spread on slices.

3Put asparagus spear on edge of bread and roll jelly roll style.

4Put seam side down on cookie sheet; brush with melted butter.

5Brown lightly on both sides under broiler.

6Slice each roll into bite size pieces.

7These can be frozen (don't thaw).
