- 3 eggs, beaten with fork
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. milk cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. American cheese, grated fine
- 1/4 c. melted butter (on top)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, folding in asparagus last.

2Use 1/4 crumbs for top.

3Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour or until knife comes out clean.
