  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • asparagus, cooked crisp-tender and drained well

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except asparagus.

    Pour over asparagus in shallow dish.

    Do not use metal.

    Marinate overnight.
