- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine oil, sugar and egg yolks.

2Mix all dry ingredients and add to mixture.

3Beat all together. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Fold in egg whites carefully.

4Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
