- 1 chicken, cut up in pieces
- 1 jar apricot preserves or 1 jar orange marmalade (10 or 12 oz. jar)
- 1 bottle Russian dressing (8 oz. red)
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken.

2Combine and mix other ingredients; add chicken and make sure all chicken is covered with sauce.

3Put in casserole or oblong baking dish, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

4Mix before baking at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender.

5Remove from baking dish to serving platter and pour remaining sauce over chicken.
