- lamb minced- 300 gm
- 1 carrot
- parsely finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs 1 cup 7 .
Directions

1Mix well ingredients 1 to 5 in a bowl & roll into even sized balls.

2Dip rolls in egg yolk, followed by breadcrumbs & refrigerate for 1 hr to get set.

3Heat oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat & fry rissoles until browned on each side.

4Transfer the rissoles to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil.

5Garnish with capsicums & serve.
