Aussie Lamb Rissole

Ingredients

  • lamb minced- 300 gm
  • 1 carrot
  • parsely finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons pepper
  • 5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup 7 .

Directions

    Mix well ingredients 1 to 5 in a bowl & roll into even sized balls.

    Dip rolls in egg yolk, followed by breadcrumbs & refrigerate for 1 hr to get set.

    Heat oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat & fry rissoles until browned on each side.

    Transfer the rissoles to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil.
  5. 5
    Garnish with capsicums & serve.
