  • 1 c butternut squash, diced or shredded
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef or veal
  • 1.5 c corn kernels
  • salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1.5 c creamy Dofino Havarti

    2. in large skillet - melt butter and saute butter, onion,garlic pepper, celery and squash for 3-4 min

    6. Mash potatoes and celeraic with milk butter and seasonings

    7. Spread mashed potatoes over mixture and top with cheese
