Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. cut up potatoes
  • 1 tsp. Banquet sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/8 tsp. basil
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 c. cut up carrots

Directions

    Cook and stir the onions with ground beef until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
