- 4 c. water
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. cut up potatoes
- 1 tsp. Banquet sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. cut up carrots
Directions

1Cook and stir the onions with ground beef until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.

2Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.

3Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
