- 1 Whole vanilla bean
- 1 tsp Organic coconut oil (optional)
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt crystals (optional)
- 1/2 cup Filtered/bottled water
Directions

1Peel, core and cut into wedges all the apples.

3In a medium pot combine the apple slices, water and vanilla bean together, cover and bring to a boil.
