- 2 potatoes
- 1 strip codfish (bacolao)
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 frozen pkg. French-cut green beans
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- olive oil
- vinegar
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
Directions

1Boil codfish and rinse to take out extra salt.

2Slice onion and the peppers in rings.

3Cook beans.

4Slice the eggs in rings.

5Take a platter; place the boiled potatoes, cut in rings or rounds on bottom.

6Add flaked bacolao (codfish), add French-cut green beans. Add the colored peppers and onions.

7Place rings of eggs on top. Pour olive oil and vinegar over all of it.
