Bacon And Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes (unpeeled), quartered
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 6 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. (4 oz.) natural shredded mild cheese
Directions

1Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan.

2Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes. Add milk, dressing, bacon and garlic powder and beat until fluffy. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.

3Stir in cheese. Makes 4 servings.
