- 1 1/3 c. margarine, softened
- 1 3/4 qt. sugar
- 3 1/2 qt. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 7 c. nonfat milk
- 3 qt. fresh blackberries
- 3 qt. canned peach slices, drained
Directions

1Cream together margarine and sugar.

2Combine flour and baking powder.

3Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk, beating well with each addition.

4Portion about 7 cups batter into each spray-coated steam table pan.

5Portion 3 cups berries over batter. Portion 3 cups peaches over berries.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

7Cool before serving.

8Cut each pan into 24 servings.
