- 6 bacon slices, slightly cooked
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 5 sliced hard-boiled eggs
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- English muffins or toast
Directions

1Put bacon slices on bottom of greased casserole; add onion. Mix 1/4 cup of milk to cream of mushroom soup.

2Pour this on top of bacon and onion.

3Add sliced hard-boiled eggs, 2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot.

5Serve on English muffins or toast.
