- 1 loaf White Bread
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Chives
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 box Toothpicks
- 2 packages (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
Directions

1Cut bacon pieces in half.

2Trim bread crusts.

3Add chopped chives to softened cream cheese.

4Spread approximately 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each bread slice.

5Continue until you run out of cream cheese.

6Cut bread slices in half and roll up, jelly roll style.

7Take a bacon piece and wrap around the rolled up bread/cream cheese.

8Secure with a toothpick.

9Place bombs on a rack over a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bacon is as crisp as you like it.

10You may use other flavored cream cheese, other bread types, etc.
