Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix sour cream, cream cheese and sugar. Add balance of ingredients.

    Mix well with mixer at medium speed.

    Pour into graham cracker shell and bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool, then top with cherry or strawberry pie filling, if desired.
