  • 6 cup Mashed potatoes (prepared with milk and butter)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

    In a large bowl combine potatoes, cottage cheese, milk, onion and dressing mix

    Spread in a greased 13 by 9 inch pan.

    Top with bacon and cheese

    Combine cracker crumbs in butter; sprinkle over top.

    Bake uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
