Bacon Roll-Ups

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. dried chives
- 25 slices whole wheat bread
- 25 slices bacon, cut in halves
Directions

1Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

2Mix with chives. Trim crusts from bread and cut each slice in half.

3Spread 1 teaspoon cheese mixture on each half and roll up.

4Wrap a slice of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick.

5Place on a broiler pan at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Turn as necessary to prevent overbrowning.
