  • 350g pork mince
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 5 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 short bacon rashers Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • tomato chutney, to serve

Directions

    Combine pork mince, Philly*, spring onions, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper until mixed.

    Place two tablespoons of mixture in the centre of each bacon rasher.

    Roll and secure with toothpicks.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C or until filling is cooked through.

    Serve with tomato chutney.
