Bacon Spaghetti Recipe

  • 5 slc bacon -- minced
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 4 ounce spaghetti -- broken
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 14 1/2 ounce canned tomatoes -- undrained, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese -- grated

Directions

    Combine bacon, onion, and green pepper in a large skillet; saute/fry 5 min.

    Drain drippings.

    Add in spaghetti, water and tomatoes.

    Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in Worcestershire sauce.

    To serve, sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.

    Yield: 2 servings.
