- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 large skinless, boneless chicken-breast halves
- 6 slice bacon
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Sprinkle fresh thyme, salt, and pepper on chicken-breast halves; wrap with bacon to cover.

2Add to ovenproof skillet on medium-high.

3Cook 5 minutes, turning.

4Transfer to 400 degree F oven; roast 12 minutes or until no longer pink (165 degrees F).

5Transfer to plate; discard fat.

6Into same pan, stir balsamic vinegar.

7Serve over chicken.
