- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Pound chicken breasts until flat.

3Put a slice of cream cheese and 1 teaspoon chives in middle of each breast; roll up.

4Wrap each rolled breast with 1 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.

5Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

6Mix until smooth.

7Place wrapped chicken pieces in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

8Cover chicken with sauce mixture.

9Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
