  • 6 small red cooking apples
  • 6 Tbsp. chopped mixed dried fruit
  • 6 (1 1/2-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 3/4 c. low-fat vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 6 Tbsp. low-fat granola
