  • 2 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 2 medium size onions, chopped
  • 2 medium size bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. yellow mustard
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

    Cut bacon in small pieces. Saute in large pot. Add beans and all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour, until thickened. Serves 10.
