- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices bacon

2Have ready a shallow 3-quart baking dish. Mix all ingredients, except bacon, in a large bowl until well blended. Pour into casserole and top with bacon slices. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours until juices have thickened.
