Ingredients

  • 1 (42 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 bacon slices, cubed
  • 1 1/4 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses (unsulphured)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of liquid smoke (optional)

Directions

    Microwave onion and bacon on High for 1 minute.

    Add onion and bacon to beans.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Simmer on stove for 20 minutes or microwave on High for 15 minutes.

    Or may be cooked in a crock-pot on low setting for 4 or 5 minutes.
