- 2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. molasses

Directions

1Rinse and soak overnight, after picking over, your choice of beans.

2Parboil until you can blow skin off.

3Cover with water and bake at 300° all day and add water as necessary, or, cook in crock-pot on low all day or longer.
