- Smucker's apricot preserves (8 oz.)
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- Pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions

1Cut Brie in half; slit it!

2Place 1/2 round on rolled

3out roll dough.

4Cover with 1/2 jar preserves.

5Cover with 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

6Place other 1/2 round on top.

7Repeat layers. Bring dough up over top of all.

8Brush with beaten egg yolk.

9Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
