Baked Brie In Phyllo

- 1 small round Brie (can use Camembert cheese)
- 1/2 lb. frozen phyllo dough (10 to 12 sheets), thawed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- fresh dill weed
- red and green grapes, apples, pears (optional)
Directions

1Wrap the Brie in thawed phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with butter and keeping unused phyllo covered with a damp cloth.

2Turn the cheese over after applying each sheet of phyllo for even distribution.

3Brush phyllo wrapped Brie with butter.

4Cover and refrigerate.

5Before serving, place the phyllo wrapped cheese in a shallow baking dish.

6Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

7Let stand 10 minutes.

8Garnish with fresh dill and fruit. Serves 20 to 30.
