Baked Brie In Phyllo

  • 1 small round Brie (can use Camembert cheese)
  • 1/2 lb. frozen phyllo dough (10 to 12 sheets), thawed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • fresh dill weed
  • red and green grapes, apples, pears (optional)

Directions

    Wrap the Brie in thawed phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with butter and keeping unused phyllo covered with a damp cloth.

    Turn the cheese over after applying each sheet of phyllo for even distribution.

    Brush phyllo wrapped Brie with butter.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Before serving, place the phyllo wrapped cheese in a shallow baking dish.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Garnish with fresh dill and fruit. Serves 20 to 30.
