Baked Broccoli

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs (fine)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook broccoli in small amount of water and drain, then cut up. Mix the soup with milk and heat until it boils.

    Stir in the pimiento and water chestnuts.

    Arrange broccoli in buttered shallow baking dish and pour soup mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
