  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello mix (instant)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 1 c. plus 1 tsp. water

Directions

    Mix together and beat well on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for about 35 minutes.

    While cake is hot, punch holes in cake with ice pick or fork.

    Drizzle icing over cake.
