  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 (16 oz.) Dijon mustard
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) seasoned croutons, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Spread chicken on both sides with mustard, dip in sour cream and roll in croutons.

    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place chicken in dish; dot with butter.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400° for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
