  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add melted butter, flour, milk and sugar.

    Beat well.

    Add corn and mix by hand, then add salt and pepper as desired.

    Pour in 8-inch square pan that is well-buttered.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is light brown in color.
