- 3 lb. beef chuck
- 1 tsp. Italian spices
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 medium onion, thickly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. bouillon powder or 1 cube
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Simmer slowly for 3 hours or until tender.

3Cool and store with juice overnight.

4Remove fat.

5Slice very thinly.

6Heat juices and beef.

7Serve on hard rolls for sandwiches.
