  • 2 (16 oz.) cans whole corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 1 1/2 hours, until firm.

    Can be topped with additional crumbled bacon.
