Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 pkg. frozen corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven

    to 350°. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in sugar and flour until well blended.

    Remove from heat. Add milk, eggs and baking powder.

    Mix well.

    Fold into thawed corn. Bake for 1 hour in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish.
