  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Mix the cornstarch and milk, salt and corn.

    Beat eggs and sugar until light.

    Add to corn mixture.

    Add melted butter last. Put in a greased baking dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
