Baked Cushaw Squash

- 1 cushaw squash
- butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- squash (can be kept from October until the following September)
Directions

1Slice and peel squash.

2Slice into 1/2-inch squares or slice solid part.

3Boil in small amount of salted water.

4Lift out after 20 minutes.

5Place in a baking dish.

6Sprinkle bits of butter over squash and cinnamon and brown sugar.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
