- 12 slices bacon
- 2 c. crushed cheese flavored crackers
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 12 eggs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until done, but not crisp.

2Generously grease 12 muffin or popover cups.

3Line sides with bacon.

4Combine crumbs with margarine.

5Place 1 tablespoon of crumbs in bottom of each cup.

6Carefully place 1 raw egg in each cup.

7Season with salt and pepper.

8Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over eggs.

9Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until eggs reach stage you prefer.
