- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 oz. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 8 oz. picante sauce
- 12 tortillas, cut in 4-inch strips
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cook meat and onion together.

3Combine soups, milk, picante and 1/2 of cheese.

4Prepare large casserole pan.

5Begin layering the pan with tortillas, then meat mixture, then sauce mix.

6Repeat until you have 2 or 3 layers.

7Top with cheese.

8Bake for 1 hour.
