  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • dash of ginger
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 1/2 large green peppers
  • 3 stalks scallions
  • 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce (12 oz.)
  • water
