- 2 lb. perch
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Place perch in greased baking dish.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Melt butter and saute onions until slightly yellow.

4Add stuffing and blend well.

5Spread dressing mix over fish.

6Cover with foil and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7Remove foil for 10 minutes to brown dressing.
