- 6 flounder fillets
- 1 1/2 c. thick white sauce
- 1 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in margarine until half done.

2Add white sauce and shrimp; set aside.

3Put heavy foil in baking pan. Lay flounder on foil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Spread white sauce mixture over fish.

5Cover with foil.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
