- 4 haddock fillets
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions

1Mix salt, pepper and garlic together thoroughly and rub on both sides of fish fillets.

2Place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Combine butter and lemon juice; add Worcestershire sauce.

3Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

4Baste with butter mixture 2 to 3 times during baking.
