- 2 lb. haddock or scallops or both
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (14 oz.) can shrimp
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Place fish in greased baking dish.

2Cover with cream of shrimp soup and the canned shrimp.

3Spread the butter or margarine over mixture.

4Cover with the crushed Ritz crackers.

5Spread finely chopped onion over all.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
