- 1 1/2 lb. fresh haddock (in one piece)
- salt and pepper
- 1 can Campbell's shrimp soup
- cracker meal
- 1 large onion
- milk
Directions

1Put haddock in a Dutch oven on rack.

2Salt and pepper fish. Slice the onion very thin and lay on fish.

3In frying pan, brown cracker meal in butter (enough to cover fish).

4Take shrimp soup and add 1 can milk; heat until warm.

5Pour over fish.

6Put in preheated oven at 375° for 45 minutes.

7Do not cover; baste about twice.
