  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small carrot

Directions

    Thinly slice onion, green pepper and carrot.

    Place fish in a buttered baking dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of paprika.

    Place vegetables on top of fish.

    Add undiluted cream of onion soup and bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
